Viona Ochola is the sole Partner and vision bearer at Viona Ochola & Associates Advocates. She boasts of ten (10) years post admission successful and insightful practice molded by her keen and strategic eye to legal matters and impulse to deliver quick, sensible, accurate information and legal advice to her clientele.
Viona is passionate about the legal practice in the field of Banking, Finance, Real Estate and construction. She has provided her insight and guidance to various banking and financial institutions including HFC Limited, Bank of Africa Kenya Limited, Development Bank of Kenya Limited and Sidian Bank in selecting and perfecting appropriate securities for every financing scenario.
She has also overseen a wide range of conveyancing transactions by advising on the acquisition and sale of real estate, development projects and other properties which have called for innovative transaction structuring, creative drafting of sale and purchase agreements and attentive oversight of the transfer of interests in relation to real and personal properties.
Viona has also lent a sensitive ear and considerate approach to the resolution of Family Law related matters and has guided our clients through delicate Succession matters with care and confidence and assisted a number of her clientele in estate planning.
Commercial and tax laws are also a forte that Viona also bears considering the commercial nature that most real estate transactions.
